Registered Nurse: Journey Clinic (Full-Time) at Providence Health and Services summary:

The Registered Nurse at Journey Clinic provides comprehensive ambulatory nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care both in-person and via telehealth. The role includes care coordination, collaboration with healthcare teams, and adherence to nursing standards and regulatory requirements. This full-time position requires a valid Registered Nurse license and professional nursing experience, supporting quality patient care in a clinical setting.

Description

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment based on individual physical, emotional, spiritual needs, and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. This role works in collaboration with other members of the health care team. The Clinic RN maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 18 months professional nursing experience.
