You will work closely with relocation management companies, real estate agents, and clients to ensure a seamless and efficient experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Client Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns. + **Listing Coordination:** Manage the listing process from start to finish, including property evaluations, pricing strategies, and marketing plans. + **Communication:** Maintain regular communication with clients, real estate agents, and relocation management companies to ensure all parties are informed and aligned. + **Documentation:** Prepare and review all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. + **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve any issues that arise during the listing process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Experience in real estate, with a focus on corporate listings or relocation services. + **Skills:** Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
