Your Responsibilities * Identify potential healthcare candidates through our innovative platform along with your personal network
* Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
* Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruitment specialists for thorough assessments
* Follow up with candidates to keep their interest alive and guide them throughout the hiring process
* Ensure that records in our applicant tracking system are accurate and current
* Generate commissions based on successful meeting arrangements, interviews initiated, and hires from your referrals
