Certified Mobile Notary Service is a leading provider of mobile notary signing services, dedicated to exceptional convenience and efficiency. We specialize in facilitating on-the-go notarial services, ensuring accessibility and reliability. Currently, we seek an On-the-Go Document Witness to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Witnesses the signing of various legal documents, such as wills, contracts, and affidavits, by verifying the parties' identities and witnessing signatures, ensuring document authenticity and validity. They also travel to clients' locations, like homes, hospitals, or offices, to facilitate notarization for documents such as real estate transactions, loan documents, and powers of attorney. They verify identities, witness signatures, and certify documents in compliance with laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public commission. Depending on jurisdiction, additional training and certification may be necessary to become a Mobile Notary Signing Agent, covering notarial procedures, document handling, and legal requirements specific to mobile notarization. Understanding of acceptable forms of identification, proper notarial procedures, and specific document requirements. Proficiency with relevant software and hardware, including secure handling of electronic documents and maintaining client confidentiality. Liability insurance is recommended for added legal protection. Courteous, patient, and able to address clients' questions about the notarization process. Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality when handling documents and appointments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office set-up. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
