This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and loves leading teams to deliver superior customer experiences.
Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
· Lead, train, and motivate a team sales associates ensuring customers are engaged and enjoy their shopping experiences
· Oversee daily floor operations including scheduling and visual merchandising
· Support team members in real time to meet and exceed sales goals.
· Ensure brand consistency in displays, signage, and promotional materials.
· Track and report on key performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement).
· Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product and materials delivery.
· Resolve customer issues and maintain a positive, solution-focused floor presence.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant retail environment.
· Conduct regular floor walks and performance feedback sessions.
Sales Team LeaderQualifications and Skills:
· No experience necessary - leadership and communication skills are paramount
· Proven success in motivating teams and achieving sales goals.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortable using POS systems and sales tracking tools.
· Flexible availability, including weekends or evenings as needed.
· Reliable transportation to retail/event locations in the Dallas area.
