About the Role

As an Event Marketing Representative, you’ll be the face of Marvin Replacement at retail locations across Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua . Your mission: engage shoppers, spark conversations, and generate leads for our in-home consultation services.

Highlights of your role:

  • Travel between Waltham, Danvers, and Nashua—this position requires reliable transportation
  • Engage shoppers, spark conversations, and introduce them to our premium window and door solutions
  • Generate leads by converting customer interactions into in-home consultation appointments
  • Set up and maintain professional displays

Available Shifts:

  • Days: Wednesday-Sunday (9am-3pm)
  • Evenings: Wednesday-Sunday (3pm-8:30pm)

  • Have reliable transportation—this role requires travel between Waltham, Dedham, and Nashua.
  • Can lift up to 40 lbs — setting up displays is part of the job.
  • Are comfortable on your feet — you’ll be standing and moving around during your shift.
