Safety Manager - Direct Hire
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Safety Manager to join their team. As a Safety Manager, you will be part of the safety department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Safety Manager

Location: Kaukauna, WI

What's the Job?

• Oversee organizational compliance with local, state, and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the existing safety culture within the organization.
• Monitor requirements and best practices from OSHA and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Support the creation of Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and ensure action plans are communicated effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in safety and share best practices across all sites.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with OSHA standards is required.
• Proven experience managing safety issues and leading projects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree and Certified Safety Professional certification preferred.
