About the Role:

As a Sales and Marketing Leadership Trainee , you’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of sales and customer interaction inside well-known retail locations—then quickly move into developing, guiding, and supporting a growing team.This is not just another entry-level role—this is your launchpad into leadership.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend services
• Learn and apply effective sales and marketing strategies
• Train alongside top performers and receive one-on-one mentorship
• Begin developing leadership skills through team collaboration and peer coaching
• Help drive campaign success by sharing insights and supporting new team members

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-motivated, high-energy attitude with a passion for leadership
• Great communication skills and a people-first mindset
• Team player who’s open to feedback and ready to grow
• A high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership is a plus

• $18–$24/hr base pay + weekly performance bonuses (OTE $52k–$62k)
