vHive is rapidly growing in the energy vertical in the Americas and is adding an exciting new position to the team. This hybrid role will be both an account manager for current customers as well as a sales manager to help bring in new business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a “start-up within a start-up”, bringing vHive to the forefront of digitization in the energy space across the Americas.

Required profile:
5+ years of sales experience in the energy sector, with proven success in selling to large-scale energy customers.
Proactive hunter mentality, focused on identifying and pursuing new prospects and opportunities.
Flexible, innovative, creative, and curious—able to drive product innovation internally.
Problem-solver, result-oriented, positive-minded, enthusiastic, and persistent.
Strong leadership skills to coordinate projects across departments and external stakeholders.
Responsible, result-driven, and capable of working in a global, multicultural context.
Ability to quickly understand customer business models, manage the sales process, and challenge customers constructively.
Working proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus, as the role includes sales responsibilities in LATAM.
Degree in engineering, finance, or economics is preferred.
Located in the US, near a major hub, with travel flexibility.
