Our team is passionate about strategic investment, financial excellence, and value creation.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Analyst Intern to join our team. This is a seasonal paid intern position with the possibility for employment following graduation. The ideal candidate is a Junior or Senior college student with courses completed in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.Key Responsibilities: Assist with financial modeling, asset management reporting, and investment analysis. Conduct market research and assist in underwriting real estate opportunities. Support acquisition, disposition, and asset management teams with analysis and reporting. Prepare presentations and investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders. Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.Qualifications: Working toward a Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline (Graduating Class of 2026). Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A demonstrated interest in real estate investment, finance, or asset management.What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay.
