What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including when emergency response activities are required.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor premises to help to deter theft, disturbances, and/or suspicious behavior within the retail environment.
• Communicate and collaborate with store personnel and/or law enforcement when appropriate.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or any unusual activities during patrols as required by Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• An Armed Guard Card or License is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required for positions in Texas only.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
