Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution.
Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor entry and/or exit in accordance with site protocols.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate authorities as necessary.
Document and report security-related activities, incidents, and/or irregularities to management and Allied Universal as required.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site management or Allied Universal protocols.
Maintain a professional presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.
Communicate clearly and courteously with employees, visitors, and/or clients while upholding the standards of Allied Universal and the financial institution.
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
An armed guard card or armed guard license is required.
Proof of high school diploma or GED is required as per client requirements.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
