Job Description

As a Security Professional - Driver/Patrol Armed in Wesley Chapel, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. This is an armed and driving position, requiring you to respond promptly and professionally to situations as they arise. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activities.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with property management and/or building staff to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment for tenants and visitors.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings during all patrols and while performing assigned duties within the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
