Pay: $20.50 - $27.00/hour + quarterly bonuses

Key Responsibilities: - Assist BCBAs in assessments and treatment planning
- Implement individualized therapy programs
- Train and coach Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Ensure ethical and effective clinical practices
- Maintain accurate data and use clinical tech tools

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required
- RBT certification within 120 days
- 2,000+ hours of supervised ABA experience
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
