Pay: $20.50 - $27.00/hour + quarterly bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist BCBAs in assessments and treatment planning
• Implement individualized therapy programs
• Train and coach Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs)
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Ensure ethical and effective clinical practices
• Maintain accurate data and use clinical tech tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• RBT certification within 120 days
• 2,000+ hours of supervised ABA experience
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Commitment to ethical standards and client care
