Location: Irving, TX
Schedule: On-Site T/W/TH | WFH M&F | 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation: $80,000-104,000 DOE
You will be the central figure for the most complex aspects of the Affordable Housing Program (AHP), primarily focusing on two areas:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and credit underwriting, with a significant focus on commercial real estate, multi-family properties, or housing development.
Essential Expertise: Demonstrated deep expertise in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) compliance and long-term regulatory monitoring.
Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to clearly explain complex regulations.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% for presentations and industry events.
Preferred: A Master's degree, completion of a major bank credit training program, or professional housing/compliance certification.
