Edison are partnered with a growing HVAC and Building Automation business in TN who areommitted to delivering innovative automation and energy management systems across commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
As part of their continued growth in the Nashville area, we are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Senior  Building Automation Sytems Technician to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview:
As the Senior Building Automation Technician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Building Automation Systems (BAS), with a strong emphasis on Niagara N4 platforms.
You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure optimal performance and integration of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, program, and commission building automation systems (HVAC, lighting, access control, etc.)
• Configure and integrate Niagara N4-based systems, including JACE controllers and workstations
• Perform on-site system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Collaborate with engineers to develop control sequences and system designs
• Provide technical support and training to end users
• Maintain detailed records of system configurations and maintenance activities

Required Qualifications:

• Niagara N4 Certification (Tridium) — required
• 2+ years of experience in building automation or controls systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings
• Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
