Their product suite spans social media publishing, customer care, influencer marketing, engagement analytics, and business intelligence. They are deeply invested in embedding AI across both our customer-facing products and internal operations to accelerate innovation and scale.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist , you will be at the forefront of driving data-informed decision-making across our clients go-to-market functions. You’ll lead high-impact analytical projects, develop robust statistical models, and partner closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance. Your work will help shape strategic business initiatives, unlock revenue opportunities, and scale the impact of data science across the company.

This is a highly collaborative and visible role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of advanced analytics, business strategy, and cross-functional partnership.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of advanced data science solutions and statistical models to solve high-value business problems.
• Collaborate with go-to-market (GTM) teams to understand complex challenges and provide analytical support that drives strategic decision-making and revenue growth.
• Conduct predictive modeling, experimentation, causal inference, segmentation, and forecasting to inform company strategy.
• Develop and maintain self-service analytics tools and dashboards for business stakeholders using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau.
• Translate complex data findings into compelling stories and presentations tailored for both technical and executive audiences.
• Champion data best practices and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.

What You’ll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, including working with non-technical stakeholders across GTM functions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, modeling, and analysis.
• Expertise in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to drive business impact through applied analytics in domains such as revenue, sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for executives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading projects in ambiguous environments and shaping strategy.
• Deep knowledge of statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques with application to real-world business use cases (e.g., churn modeling, customer lifetime value, forecasting).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and modern ML Ops tools and deployment practices.
• Background in building or designing self-service analytics tools for business teams.
• Experience working in or supporting SaaS business models.
