Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of product management experience, focusing on building, launching, and managing Marketing Technology platforms.
  • Experience with Marketing Technology architecture supporting email, web, paid media, and social tactics.
  • Experience with AI tools to accelerate processes and enhance platform and individual work outputs.
  • Experience using data to inform product decisions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing technical solutions and managing the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and success measurement.
  • Building and shipping platforms leveraging Generative AI, understanding how AI drives product innovation and development velocity.
  • Understanding of technical architecture, including platforms, data, integrations, and constraints.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences.

About The Job

gTechs Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages insights to innovate Google's Ads products into intuitive and automated customer experiences. gPTO collaborates with support, professional services, product management, and engineering teams to simplify Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem.

Global Demand Operations and Marketer Enablement (DOME) supports Cloud Marketing's Global Demand Engine by building capabilities and services to enable marketers to execute effectively, drive impact, and make better decisions, often using Google Cloud Platform technology.

In this role, you will partner with Google teams to develop and execute the MarTech product vision and strategy, creating a roadmap aligned with business goals. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate and improve your work, aiming to reduce manual effort for marketers, increase impact, and improve user satisfaction. You will be responsible for delivering key outcomes and building a powerful, intuitive platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$213,000 + bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary depends on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter will provide specific details during hiring. Benefits information is available at Google.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy, translating business goals into a roadmap.
  • Translate user needs into detailed requirements, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for development, launch, and adoption.
  • Drive platform adoption by communicating benefits and managing change across teams.
  • Measure platform performance beyond usage data to assess improvements in productivity, impact, and satisfaction.
  • Use our tools to demonstrate how to accelerate and improve daily work.
