Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per year A bit about us: We are an established real estate company that acquires and manages properties leased to providers in non-urban areas. The ideal candidate will come with:

• 3+ years of Property Accounting experience (ideally commercial real estate)
• Familiarity with CAM recs + handling accounting for a set # of properties
• Real estate erp's -- Yardi, MRI, etc. is preferred
• Degree in Accounting is preferred
• Ability to work hybrid in our office ( 3days a week)
