Senior Receptionist Dallas, TX 75201 2 Months Contract (temp to hire) 8 am- 5 pm (Mon-Fri) Overview This position provides exceptional service by greeting and assisting all visitors, answering and transferring incoming calls nationwide, and supporting attorneys and business professionals with a variety of front desk and administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet visitors and distribute name badges and facility access cards Answer and transfer incoming calls from across the U.S. Schedule and manage office and conference room reservations Assist with daily office communications, food orders, and front desk coverage Perform administrative support, including PC-related tasks as needed Issue company loaner cell phones and update company phone/speed dial lists Assist with compiling manuals, creating envelope labels, and other team support Participate in company and community service events Maintain understanding of other work areas and assist where needed Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of prior switchboard experience Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word and Excel) Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a professional office environment Business professional dress code required Interview: Virtual and possibly in-person No driving or COVID-specific requirements Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
