Pay Range: $20.58 - $28.92/hour
(Compensation based on experience, education, and qualifications)

What You'll Be Doing:
Helping kids learn and grow through ABA therapy
Collecting data to track progress and make smart decisions
Coaching and supporting behavior techs
Partnering with caregivers and clinical teams

What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor's degree (required)
✅ RBT certification-or willingness to obtain within 120 days
✅ Experience in behavior therapy (preferred)
✅ Can lift 35 lbs and bring great energy
