Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their team! This position is located in Irving, Texas.
Duties:
- Work with teams and facilitate/participate in all Scrum ceremonies and cross functional meetings to enable the development team with accurate and relevant information
- Work with Product Managers and Technical Managers to support planning, prioritization and decision making on high value features and enhancements
- Work with both Internal and External stakeholders actively to resolve impediments or address risks/concerns raised by the development teams
- Support reporting of team metrics to facilitate transparency of team productivity/velocity and other relevant metrics
- Work with internal teams/stakeholders to help prioritize work that extends across multiple service and application teams and track interdependencies
- Attend the SOS meetings and surface any concerns that could derail/impact delivery across the program as well as take back potential impacts/delays to the team
- Provide mentoring and training of the team, ensuring the adoption of agile practices and principles
- Ability to act independently in both surfacing issues and facilitating issue resolutions
- Coordinate on QA and Production Release activities and follow-up till closure on issues
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 9+ Years of Scrum Master Experience working with various Application/Service teams
- Ability to ensure the accurate use of Agile processes
- Ability to quickly understand the details of the product/project
- Experience managing multiple distributed teams that build Java/Windows or Web applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document key decisions, risks and action items
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), or equivalent
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe

The approximate pay range for this position starting at $120,000-$130,000 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
