As our Senior Talent Inclusion Manager, you’ll lead transformative initiatives that drive performance across the entire employee lifecycle while championing our inclusive culture.

Your impact

  • Drive Strategic Innovation: Develop and execute comprehensive, data-informed talent strategies spanning recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes. Identify key leverage points that optimize performance at every stage.
  • Deep Lifecycle Insight: Leverage your deep understanding of the employee lifecycle to analyze critical touchpoints, boost engagement, and drive actionable improvements.
  • Outstanding Communication & Storytelling: Transform complex talent and inclusion metrics into clear, compelling narratives and presentations that captivate diverse audiences—from frontline employees to senior leadership.
  • Optimize Talent Performance: Collaborate with the People Team and business leaders to integrate inclusive best practices into talent management processes, ensuring measurable outcomes at every stage of the employee journey.
  • Design and Deliver Impactful Training: Create and lead engaging training programs and workshops that enhance inclusion and equip our teams with essential skills to excel in their roles.
  • Enhance Systems and Processes: Apply a systematic, process-driven approach to identify and resolve challenges within our talent management systems, continuously refining practices based on lifecycle analytics.
  • Manage Employee Resource Groups & DEI Initiatives: Oversee our four employee resource groups, including managing budgets and supporting executive sponsors, to ensure alignment with our strategic DEI objectives. Coordinate planning and facilitation of all DEI events and celebrations that reinforce our inclusive culture and drive engagement.
  • Champion Our Culture: Embody our “Paddle as One” mindset by fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment that drives exceptional results across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven Expertise: 8 or more years of progressive experience in talent management, inclusion, and performance optimization within dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Lifecycle Mastery: A deep understanding of the employee lifecycle with the ability to pinpoint strategic leverage points across recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, retention, and exit processes.
  • Analytical Excellence: Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive insights and shape strategic initiatives that optimize talent performance.
  • Training and Communication Mastery: Demonstrated success in designing and delivering training programs that resonate with diverse audiences, paired with exceptional storytelling skills that translate data into actionable insights.
  • Process-Driven Approach: A track record of implementing systematic solutions that enhance performance across the employee lifecycle.
  • Collaborative Leadership: A proactive, team-oriented leader with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across diverse teams.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $152,000 to $190,000.

The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc.

Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
