Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for both engineering and corporate roles in our new Centennial, Colorado facility. Responsibilities : Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channels and social media. Build a pipeline of candidates with specific skill sets needed for critical roles. Manage candidates who apply through the applicant tracking system. Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation. Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, culture, and career opportunities through various channels. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand the talent pool. Requirements : 9+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. Experience recruiting in a start-up organization. Preferred experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles. Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage a diverse pool of niche talent.
