Key Responsibilities

  • Lead interior design projects through all phases, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and client expectations.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination using Deltek or similar project management systems.
  • Ensure design excellence and technical accuracy across documentation, specifications, and construction administration.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 810 years of experience, including corporate office interiors and full project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools like InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
  • Professional certification preferred; LEED GA required within 6 months of hire.
