🎬 Short Form Video Editor (In-Office Only – Tampa, FL)

Full-Time | $60,000 Base + Bonuses + Commission

We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for a creative killer to join our squad.

Major League Profits is a sports card coaching company on pace to do $10M+ in revenue this year, and content is the fuel behind everything we do. From Reels to Shorts to TikToks, we dominate with fast-paced, scroll-stopping edits—and we want someone who can help us push the limits even more.

We’re not looking for someone to just “cut clips.” We want a creative editor who lives and breathes short-form content and understands what it takes to grab attention in the first 2 seconds. You should know what’s trending, how to hook a viewer, and how to tell a story in under 60 seconds.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit 3–5+ short-form videos per day for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and TikTok
• Repurpose long-form podcasts or raw content into engaging short-form clips
• Add captions, memes, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics that fit our brand voice
• Collaborate directly with our media team, sales team, and founder
• Help shape the creative direction and style of our short-form content across platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• In-office only — Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tampa, FL
• 2+ years experience editing viral-style short-form content
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
• Familiar with creators like Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Grant Cardone, Ryan Pineda
• Strong understanding of trends, hooks, pacing, storytelling, and retention
• Can work fast, adapt quickly, and hit deadlines without hand-holding
• Positive, growth-minded, and hungry to be part of something big
