Overview


The Manager of Social Media serves as the voice of the company's brand to consumers, influencers, stylists and advocates in social media, acting as a key resource in driving our social and digital strategy. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager in the Marketing Department. This position will unlock new and innovative ways to bring our business to life within all social platforms, by planning content, engaging with our communities, and working closely with key brand functions. This position expertly guides content, strategy, engagement and amplification strategies as a producer and storyteller of the brand. This role must be determined to deliver results through continuous improvement of the digital community.

Preferred Skills


-Passionate about social media content and active in that community


-Additional digital marketing experience is a plus


-Strong organizational skills and attention to detailAction oriented with ability to prioritize and drive results


-Ability to work individually on a project or within a team environment


-Ability to handle high pressure/stressful situations in a professional manner
- A Bachelors degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant field, or equivalent experience


- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media marketing, with verifiable success growing brands using differing strategies on multiple social media platforms


- Based in Tyler, TX at our home office; Tyler area residence
