We're looking for a Social Media Manager for a growing creator management agency based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to lead social strategy, manage platform-specific teams, and drive measurable growth for top-tier creators.

Please note: as some of their creators are high-profile OnlyFans creators, you must be comfortable with adult-themed content.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead high-level social strategy across Instagram, Reddit, X/Twitter, and experimental platforms.
• Oversee and mentor a team of platform managers (see above) , ensuring execution meets KPIs and creative standards.
• Work directly with executives and creators to align on goals, tone, and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, growth playbooks, and KPI optimization frameworks .
• Drive reporting and analytics —identify growth levers, optimize ROAS, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with vendors and paid media partners to maximize platform performance and conversions.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging social tools to maintain competitive edge.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in social media or creator-focused roles, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in the creator space with a performance- and ROI-first mindset.
• Experience managing content and engagement across IG, Twitter/X, Reddit, and streaming/experimental platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with hands-on experience improving ROAS.
• Prior experience in OnlyFans growth strategy or similar premium content platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Confident communicator who can work closely with executives, talent, and cross-functional teams.
