Position: Social Media Marketing Manager & Front Desk Assistant

We’re looking for a dynamic multitasker to manage both our front desk and social media presence. This is a unique opportunity to combine your marketing skills with client-facing experience in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Your Role Includes:
Social Media & Marketing
• Take daily photos/videos of closings, team, events
• Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Develop content ideas, campaigns & reels
• Respond to comments/messages and grow our digital presence
• Assist with branding and email marketing efforts
Front Desk & Office Management
• Be the first friendly face to greet clients and partners
• Answer phones and manage appointments
• Keep the office organized and running smoothly
• Support the team with occasional admin tasks
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English is a must
Creative, professional, and tech-savvy
Confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail
Organized multitasker with a friendly personality
Experience with Canva, Instagram, and content creation is a big plus!
