Be Amazing is looking for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Nashville, Tennessee!

Now, we’re looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager who can drive our brand forward across digital platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, by blending storytelling, strategy, and trend-savvy execution.

About the Role

This is one of the most visible and exciting roles at Be Amazing. You’ll own our organic social strategy and help shape how we show up online every day. You’ll partner with creatives, influencers, and internal stakeholders to build campaigns that not only engage but move our audience—toward action, community, and deeper connection with our brand.

This role reports to our Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with our graphic designer, influencer manager, ads team, and content creators. You’ll also collaborate with freelancers and creators, occasionally step in front of or behind the camera, and shape the creative direction of key campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Own the full social media lifecycle : strategy, content planning, calendar management, execution, and optimization across platforms (especially TikTok and Instagram).
  • Bring the brand to life : create and curate content that embodies our voice, purpose, and people. In addition to bts planning you will be on-camera, directing shoots, and guiding UGC creators.
  • Lead campaign execution : support product launches, brand moments, influencer campaigns, and content-driven brand storytelling.
  • Manage people : oversee freelancers, creators, or team members with strong delegation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Stay ahead of the curve : identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to join conversations in a relevant and brand-right way.
  • Leverage analytics : make informed decisions using performance data, audience insights, and trend reports to constantly iterate and improve.
  • Be a collaborator : work cross-functionally with creative, influencer, and performance marketing to keep brand messaging unified and impactful.
  • Maintain order in the chaos : juggle deadlines, platforms, formats, and feedback loops with grace, focus, and hyper-organization.

You’re a Great Fit If You...
  • Have 2-4 years of professional social media experience , with a track record of owning strategies and executing across multiple platforms and multiple sales channels.
  • Are a creative powerhouse with an eye for what works visually and emotionally and have the ability to bring ideas to life across short-form video, reels, stories, carousels, and more.
  • Are deeply trend and culture aware , particularly on TikTok and Instagram, and know how to make content that feels authentic and organic .
  • Have experience managing people, whether that’s freelancers, in-house talent, UGC creators, or junior teammates.
  • Know your way around analytics tools and use them not just for reporting but to shape strategy and identify next moves.
  • Are equally comfortable behind the scenes or on camera when needed.
  • Can work within project budgets to produce elevated content and campaigns without overspending.
  • Use tools like Sprout Social, Later, Shopify, Slack, Monday.com/ClickUp (or similar) to stay organized and aligned.
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment where agility and initiative are valued.
