We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with Graphic Design Expertise to join our team. If you are an experienced digital media individual who has knowledge in Social Media Ads, Google Ads this could be the perfect opportunity for you! This position offers flexible hours from Monday to Friday and is based on-site, providing a great work-life balance.
Please note: This is an in-person/office position based in California. Remote work options are not available, and candidates residing outside of California are kindly requested to refrain from applying. Position Overview: As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms. You will create, curate, and optimize content to engage our audience, drive traffic, and grow our online presence. SEO knowledge is a strong plus, as it will help enhance the reach and visibility of our content.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media content and campaigns that align with business goals
Create engaging multimedia content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster online communities
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social media content with broader campaigns
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Bonus: Implement basic SEO strategies to optimize posts for search engines and increase organic visibility
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist
. Knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
. Proficient in Social Media Ads, Google Ads, and tracking KPI's
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to create visual content (graphics, videos, etc.)
Familiarity with social media analytics tools
SEO knowledge is a plusexperience with keyword research, optimization, and content ranking strategies is highly valued
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box
Experience with applications such as CANVA, Capcut or Adobe is preferred.
