Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs.

• Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to promote engagement and achievement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Valid state teaching license or certification in Special Education.
• Experience working with middle school-aged students, particularly in inclusive settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and adjust curriculum as needed.

• This position is based in Elyria, OH, approximately 20 minutes southwest of Cleveland.
