Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to join a large healthcare non-profit here in the DFW area. The responsibilities include the below:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Agile SDLC practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and velocity tracking; facilitate demos to stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams to promote Agile best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement by fostering clear communication and alignment across functions.
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for sprint planning, tracking, and project management to ensure transparency and alignment on deliverables.
Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog aligned with business priorities and development capacity.
Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams and Business Analysts to ensure effective use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio to support marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives.
Support Salesforce Sales Cloud delivery teams by enabling agile practices and ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders and Business Analysts for integrations, data synchronization, and user preference management.
Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure agile delivery of data pipelines, reporting, and analytics, while coaching teams on Scrum practices to improve efficiency and alignment.
Establish and optimize a standardized intake process for new projects and feature requests to ensure transparency, consistency, and efficiency.
Design and maintain intake forms or ticket templates to capture stakeholder requests in a uniform and actionable format.
Communicate and facilitate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably within Salesforce ecosystems.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud teams.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to coordinate across marketing, CRM, and data functions.
