As a System Administrator III:
What You'll Do:
Establish and manage the technology infrastructure that supports business operations (hardware, networks, operating systems, systems middleware, and telecommunications).
Contribute to documenting, monitoring, and maintaining the network infrastructure and improving its posture.
Build and maintain relationships with internal leadership, business teams, IT, and external vendors.
Serve as an escalation point to diagnose complex network and server issues, identifying causes and developing remediation strategies.
Assist the management of the server environment. Tasks include creating new virtual machines, upgrading management software, troubleshooting infrastructure, and closely monitoring resource usage.
Understand business requirements and effectively design, communicate, and deliver solutions to both technical and business audiences.
Offer technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to peers as required.

What You'll Bring:
CCNA or comparable industry certification.
5+ years of experience in Information Technology with an emphasis on IT Infrastructure Networking.
3+ years of experience with designing, configuring, installing, maintaining, and tuning components associated with the LAN/WAN infrastructure.
Experience with Microsoft Server operating systems and solid grasp of Active Directory and Group Policy in a multi-domain, geographically separated environment.
Solid TCP/IP network knowledge and troubleshooting skills, with an understanding of DHCP, WINS, and DNS network services.
Strong working knowledge of backup concepts and best practices. Preferably experienced using Veeam Backup and Replication software.
Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server administration.
Understanding of SAN and storage architecture.
Knowledge of wireless networking including managing, troubleshooting, and best practices.
Strong inter-personal and communication skills, cooperative teamwork skills, excellent problem-solving ability, high degree of flexibility as well as the ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.
Must be detail-oriented and can identify, prioritize, and complete task on deadline.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Comfortable in fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.
