As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Responsibilities include:
Assist in the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Support the end-to-end recruiting process including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and phone interviewing.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, prepare interview materials, and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database and related records.
Process hiring documentation and assist with onboarding.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment coordination or related experience (High-volume recruiting a plus!).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology (preferably iSolved).
Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
