WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • Support the end-to-end recruiting process including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and phone interviewing.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, prepare interview materials, and ensure timely communication with candidates.

  • Maintain and update the candidate database and related records.

  • Process hiring documentation and assist with onboarding.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment coordination or related experience (High-volume recruiting a plus!).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology (preferably iSolved).

  • Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
