Taskforce Spa Director

Job Summary

Lead the spa and wellness experience, managing operations, budgeting, marketing, and staff development to ensure the highest standards of luxury and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the spa and provide tours of the facilities.
• Assist guests in preparing for treatments and coordinate with therapists to deliver timely services.
• Book treatments by phone or in person and record transactions accurately.
• Maintain compliance with credit, cash handling, and safety policies.
• Ensure the spa and fitness room remain clean, safe, and properly stocked.
• Develop and train spa attendant and therapist teams.
• Report accidents or injuries to security promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a luxury spa environment.
• Engaging, welcoming personality with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays.

Compensation

Weekhourly rate: $1,700$1,900 per week.
