Role: Technology Lead – GIS/ESRI Duration: Full Time Location: Rosemead, CA Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Consideration will also be given to three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred

• At least 4 years of experience working with the ESRI platform (ArcMap, ArcGIS Server 9.x/10.x, Portal extension for ArcGIS Server, and SDE on Oracle).
• At least 4 years of experience in C#, ASP .Net.
• At least 4 years of experience in web applications, Windows services, and web services.
• At least 4 years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
• Experience translating functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements.
• Ability to work in a team environment and strong client interfacing skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in the Utilities domain.
• Willingness and experience working in a global delivery environment.
