We are seeking a dedicated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Gig Harbor, WA. Duties Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles Perform basic automotive diagnostics when needed Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients Operate a tow truck, including carrier and manual transmission vehicles Utilize mechanical knowledge to secure vehicles for transport On call availability 4 days/nights per week (able to respond for calls after your regular shift) Ability to bring home and provide secure parking for your on-call assigned truck up to 33' You will be responsible for some of your own tools, and you will be advised what you will need during training Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. CDL A plus! Must pass a drug screen and WA State Patrol background check Ability to drive and operate a tow truck effectively Mechanical knowledge to handle basic vehicle issues Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with clients Must be capable of lifting 65+lbs, sitting and standing for long periods of time.
