This is a 13-week contract position.

\n\nSchedule\n

Dayshift: 06:30 AM - 04:00 PM. On-call required for 10-12 shifts over 6 weeks, including 2 weekends.

\n\nJob Description\n

The position involves providing healthcare support during the scheduled shifts, with responsibilities that include completing necessary health screenings and compliance documentation for onboarding.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Complete Fit Test and various health history screenings.
\n
• Submit required documentation for compliance including PPD, Covid questionnaire, and immunization records.
\n
• Participate in required training and competency testing as per job role and facility standards.
\n

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n

\n
• Documentation of vaccination status including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
\n
• Completion of Trinity Skills and Competency Checklists.
\n
• Completion of a Criminal Background Check and Verification of Licenses/Certifications.
\n
