- Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
- EPIC EMR experience is REQUIRED
- Department Details & Patient Diagnoses: Serving adults 55 and older who are low income, medically complex, have mental dx, behaviors, and/or substance abuse.

No\n- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No\n- Open to accommodating block schedule?
