• Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital (Magnet, Teaching, Level II Trauma Center)
• Total Beds: 412
• Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• Minimum Experience: 2 years (Can screen 1 year) L&D in a similar facility
• Patient Ratio: 1:2 (Traveler must be able to manage 2 patients)
• Charting System: Cerner
• Required Certifications: BLS, AWHONN Advanced , NRP Advanced (must include all 11 components), Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)

 

✅ Need to Know & Must-Haves

 

• Travel Experience: NO travel experience required. First-timers are Accepted .
• CA License Status: Must be in hand (Pending not accepted).
• RTO Restrictions: Only 1 Holiday request allowed; staff will most likely work the holidays.
• Floating Expectation: NO clinician float required within scope to meet facility needs.
• On-Call REQ: NO
• Block Schedules: NOT accommodated.
• Locals Accepted: Yes (at the same rate —Tier 2 compliance).

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours (Client can cancel up to 3 shifts during the 13-week assignment).
