Job Details

• The Occupational Therapist facilitates the development and rehabilitation of physically disabled persons; maximizing the functional status of hospitalized patient.
• Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age appropriate treatment programs, participating in discharge planning, performing administrative duties, participating in PI, pursuing professional growth, and performing other duties as assigned.
• Outpatient OT Needed

Job Requirements

• AZ License Required
• BS in OT or higher
• Minimum 1 year experience or ability to function very well independently

Schedule Information

• Shift: 8a-5p Mon - Thu and 8a - 1p on Fri
• Weekend Shifts Required
• Proposed weekly schedule: Mon – Thu 8a – 5p & 8a - 1p Fri
• Guaranteed hours/week: 36
