Responsibilities
The Treasury Management & Government Banking Support Specialist supports the daily government banking and treasury management needs of the commercial, small business, retail, treasury management and municipal customers. Provides superior customer service, support and customer resolution for all municipal and cash management client needs. Handles operations within the Treasury Management Solutions and Government Banking Department and acts as an operational liaison between the department and the Bank's other operational areas. Recommends effective strategies and identifies cross selling opportunities to existing clients. Performs some daily municipal and treasury management operational tasks for the client. Works with other members of treasury management solutions, government banking, commercial and business banking, small business and branch staff to provide quality customer service to ensure banking needs are met and relationships are being developed and solidified, thus providing the customer with a great overall experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all training requirements in a timely manner.
Ancillary Duties:
As an integral member of the Municipal Banking Division this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Division and the Bank in achieving its goals and objectives.
