Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle sales department. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Oversee the acquisition, pricing, and merchandising of used vehicles to maintain an optimal inventory mix.
• Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Relations: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the department's budget, monitor expenses, and analyze sales metrics to drive profitability.
• Compliance: Stay informed about federal, state, and local regulations affecting used vehicle sales and ensure dealership compliance.
