We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative, technical, and/or creative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling a variety of tasks independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Administrative SupportManage and respond to emailsSchedule meetings, appointments, and calendar managementMaintain and organize digital files and recordsPrepare reports, presentations, and documentsCustomer SupportHandle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phoneManage client communication and follow-upsSocial Media & Marketing (if applicable)Schedule and manage social media postsAssist with content creation and editingMonitor social media engagementData Entry & ManagementInput and update data in spreadsheets or CRM systemsMaintain accuracy and confidentiality of informationOther Tasks (depending on business needs)Book travel arrangements and accommodationsConduct online researchAssist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeepingRequirements:Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common virtual tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independentlyHigh-speed internet and a reliable computer setupPreferred Qualifications:Experience with social media management toolsFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)Work Schedule & Compensation:Full-time: 3040 hours per weekPart-time: 1025 hours per weekFlexible working hours based on time zone compatibility and business needsCompetitive hourly rate or monthly salary (depending on experience and location)Benefits:Remote work flexibilityOpportunities for skill development and growthPotential for long-term collaboration
