Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Pay: $15–$16/hour

Overview:

The Warehouse Inventory Specialist helps keep our event inventory clean, organized, and event-ready. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Director of Operations to maintain the flow of materials before and after events.

This is an excellent entry-level role with room for growth for individuals who are proactive and detail-oriented. We would like to move this person into a Inventory Manager role before the next wedding season (Spring 2026).

Responsibilities:

• Clean, organize, and restock event inventory
• Prepare and pack items for upcoming events
• Assist in unloading and sorting returns post-event
• Help track and update inventory counts

Details:

• Hours are flexible but typically heavier during May–December
• Most work done on-site; some tasks may be completed independently
• Reports to Warehouse Supervisor and Director of Operations
