This versatile dish easily complements various meal occasions whether as a wholesome breakfast, an energizing snack, or a light dessert, thanks to its customizable nature and rich, vibrant ingredients. It’s the perfect way to elevate any meal with a burst of flavor and nutrition!
Ingredients:
• Greek yogurt (unsweetened, full-fat or low-fat) for richness and protein
• Chia seeds – (for fiber, omega-3 fatty acids)
• Honey or maple syrup (for sweetness, optional)
• Granola (preferably homemade or a low-sugar version) – (for crunch)
• Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) – (antioxidants)
• Nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or pistachios) – (healthy fats and crunch)
• Dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher, chopped) – (for a decadent touch)
• Coconut flakes (unsweetened) – optional, for flavor and texture
Directions:
1. Prepare the Yogurt Layer:
• In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.
