Spaghetti Stir-Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of stir-fried vegetables and a savory sauce with tender pasta.

Here’s a step-by-step explanation of how to make Spaghetti Stir-Fry:
Ingredients:
-Spaghetti
-Vegetable oil
– Mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
– Protein of your choice (e.g., chicken, shrimp, tofu)
– Garlic, minced
– Soy sauce
– Oyster sauce
– Sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1. Boil the Spaghetti:
– Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.
– Add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it’s al dente.
– Drain the cooked spaghetti and set it aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
– In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Set the sauce aside.
3. Cook the Protein:
– Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
– Add the protein of your choice and cook until it’s browned and fully cooked.
Remove it from the skillet and set it aside.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
