AgroKitchen: How to Make Delicious Stir-Fry Spaghetti

Spaghetti Stir-Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of stir-fried vegetables and a savory sauce with tender pasta.

It’s a versatile meal that allows you to use various vegetables and protein sources like chicken, shrimp, or tofu.

Here’s a step-by-step explanation of how to make Spaghetti Stir-Fry:

Ingredients:

-Spaghetti

-Vegetable oil

– Mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)

– Protein of your choice (e.g., chicken, shrimp, tofu)

– Garlic, minced

– Soy sauce

– Oyster sauce

– Sesame oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions:

1. Boil the Spaghetti:  

 – Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil.   

– Add a pinch of salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. 

  – Drain the cooked spaghetti and set it aside.

2. Prepare the Sauce: 

  – In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Set the sauce aside.

3. Cook the Protein:   

– Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. 

  – Add the protein of your choice and cook until it’s browned and fully cooked.

Remove it from the skillet and set it aside.

4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:  

 – In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil. 

  – Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.  

 – Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

5. Combine Everything: 

  – Return the cooked protein to the skillet with the vegetables.   – Pour the sauce over the mixture and toss to combine.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

6. Add the Spaghetti:  

 – Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and gently toss everything together, ensuring the sauce coats all the ingredients evenly.

7. Season and Garnish:  

 – Taste the stir-fry and season with salt and pepper as needed.  

 – If desired, garnish with chopped green onions and crushed red pepper flakes for extra flavor and a touch of heat.

8. Serve: 

  – Transfer the Spaghetti Stir-Fry to serving plates and enjoy your delicious homemade meal!
