The Program Manager role involves leading cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of technical aspects of software-focused projects on time, within scope, and budget. The role requires experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing large enterprise software implementations, and vendor coordination. The Program Manager will also be responsible for promoting Agile best practices and supporting organizational change management efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support to project managers supporting a large enterprise software implementation.
- Promote Agile best practices and foster an Agile culture.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to integrate systems.
- Maintain and track progress in Azure DevOps Boards (or similar tools).
- Coordinate and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
- Assist teams on mapping technical and architectural dependencies.
- Develop, maintain, and execute risk management plans.
- Ensure policies and security practices are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proven experience managing large enterprise software implementations.
- Experience building teams and defining effective organization structures.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project tracking tools.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Large consulting firm experience.
- Experience managing external vendors, including performance tracking and issue resolution.
- Experience with compliance and regulatory standards such as NIST and FedRAMP.
