PeopleShare is hiring a Powder Coat Painter for a growing manufacturing facility in Norfolk! This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent 4-day workweek and competitive pay. If you have powder coating experience and take pride in producing quality work, this is the role for you!

Powder Coat Painter Job Details:
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4x10s), Tuesday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (4x10s)
Pay Rate: $18/hr - $24/hr (based on experience)

Powder Coat Painter Job Description:

• Apply powder coat paint to metal parts according to job specifications
• Pretreat, clean, mask, prime, and coat a variety of metal components
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards
• Operate painting equipment and warehouse machinery as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with powder coat and wet spray application
• Experience prepping and finishing metal parts for coating
• Must follow safety protocols and production guidelines
